Join us for an Innovator Lightning Round to kick off the afternoon! We will have nine individuals from innovative companies present flash presentations about the ways they have figured out to prevent, reduce, recover, and/or recycle food that would have otherwise been thrown away. Moderated by Joe Bolick, Iowa Waste Reduction Center, University of Northern Iowa.
