STAR4D training focuses on the aspects spray technicians need to know in order to accomplish tasks in the correct and most efficient way.

With proper training, technicians are able to reduce the amount of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) being released into the environment, the amount of coating wasted during application, and the reduction of costly rework. Being able to correctly apply coating to the proper film thickness also reduces the time and effort of completing work and improves corrosion protection.

STAR4D Aerospace certified painter training is a 2-day course broken down into three processes: classroom, hands-on application in the booth, and 3D virtual training using the VirtualPaint 3D. It focuses on comprehensive knowledge of the entire aerospace coating process.

The Aerospace Technician Certification focuses on the use of coatings used in the aerospace industry. STAR4D Aerospace Technician Certification meets the requirements of Air Force TO 1-1-8 Application and Removal of Organic Coatings, Aerospace and Non-Aerospace Equipment.
