Isaiah Borel
Isaiah Borel is the Member Services Supervisor/Key Account Manager at Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative. Isaiah and his team are responsible for member engagement, rates, demand-side management program design and implementation, interconnections, and data analysis. Energy efficiency has been a focus throughout Isaiah’s career in various roles. Isaiah has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Northern Iowa. He holds the credential of Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Home Energy Rating System Rater (HERS).
