As the newest member of the Painter Training program at the IWRC, I get to help training industrial and military painters in painting preparation, application, and safety through our STAR4D curriculum. Ensuring that a painter workforce, be it military or industrial, has the knowledge and skills needed to perform at their best AND show them how to reduce their environmental impact makes my work incredibly rewarding. If you’re in need of refreshing your painter training skills and knowledge, I can get you connected.

Get to know Joe
I began with the IWRC over 20 years ago, starting as a student intern and now as the Director. One of my favorite projects I have ever worked on is our Painter Training program. In this program I contributed to the development of several of our Painter Training courses and two patented Virtual Reality training systems. To say I know this program like the back of my hand is an understatement. I thrive big on building partnerships and finding creative ways to solve environmental challenges. If you’ve got a project or idea that could use a fresh perspective, let's connect!
