Well, it has been quite a start to the year. We're sure we are not the only one ready for some nice weather and brighter days ahead. This year marks 38 years since the IWRC’s founding through the Iowa Groundwater Protection Act, and in that time, we have witnessed many changes to the environmental regulatory landscape as well as challenges for small businesses. As a result, the way we go about providing our services has adapted and evolved but our commitment to our clients and the quality of service we provide has not.

It has been a whirlwind three months and there has been an abundance of information to sift through, which has led to some change, confusion and uncertainty. We will be honest, we [IWRC] haven’t gone untouched by change, but our mission to enhance business and organizational efficiency through quality and innovative programming across Iowa and throughout the country keeps us grounded, focused, and motivated to navigate these times together.
