If you want to know about food waste reduction, Jennifer is your go-to at the IWRC. She has been heavily involved in implementing and coordinating multiple food waste reduction efforts for the IWRC since 2012. Jennifer earned both her B.A. in Geography, with an Environmental Emphasis and her M.A. in Geography from the University of Northern Iowa, as well as a compost certification from the U.S. Composting Council. An expert in sustainability, Jennifer is responsible for finding recycling and waste reduction opportunities for small business and the Cedar Valley Community. Jenny’s knowledge and experience can also be highlighted in her involvement with the Black Hawk Soil and Waste Conservation, a group in which she serves as Vice-Chair.
