Jordan Burrows

Jordan Burrows is a senior at the University of Northern Iowa and is the IWRC’s Environmental Intern. She is studying environmental science with minors in air quality and earth science. In her role, Jordan assists with research for food waste projects, trains and assists with the minor source emissions inventory, researches information for various projects going on and has also created her own GIS project on food waste deserts.
