Molly Wells is a 2015 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a specialized Master's degree in speech-language pathology with an emphasis in communication and organization management. Molly earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Studies and Theatre in December 2005, also from the University of Northern Iowa. Prior to her role at the IWRC, Molly served as the Communication Director for Grow Cedar Valley, the regional economic development and business association for the Cedar Valley. As the Communications & Public Relations Manager, Molly helps the IWRC staff, doing the "boots on the ground" work, enhance their efforts, tell their story, and elevate the IWRC as the "go-to resource" for waste reduction efforts."
