Amber Buckingham
Amber Buckingham is a Program Manager with the Iowa Energy Office, a division of the Iowa Economic Development Authority. She has been with the agency since 2017 and currently manages the Iowa Energy Center Grant Program, which provides funding for projects that aid in the implementation of the Iowa Energy Plan. Previous roles include managing the Energy Efficiency Rebate portfolio for an investor owned utility, and working as an energy efficiency implementation contractor.
