Table 128 serves eclectic-American cuisine in an 80-seat restaurant focusing on farm-to-table ingredients in a relaxed, yet sophisticated atmosphere. As a Sommelier and active member of the Guild of Sommeliers, I oversee our beverage program and manage our front of house staff, as well as overseeing human resources, accounting/bookkeeping and marketing needs. Accomplishments also include Iowa Restaurant Association’s 2015 Restaurateurs of the Year, DSM Magazine’s 2015 Restaurant of the Year, Founding Member, Greater Des Moines, and Les Dames d'Escoffier.
