Laurie Kroymann

Laurie Kroymann is an Associate Director as well as the Dietetic Internship Director in Food and Nutrition Services at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Laurie’s responsibilities have included leadership over production, retail, purchasing, financial, and education. In 2013, she led a house-wide food sustainability initiative including food waste avoidance, food waste reduction, food donations, and organic composting.
