For years, the IWRC’s Spray Technique Analysis and Research for Defense (STAR4D) program has been developing satellite sites in an effort to disseminate painter training. The program at these sites are managed by instructors who take on the responsibility of upholding the integrity and effectiveness of STAR4D training. It is no easy task and takes time and dedication. With that said, one of our sites had an exceptional 2013 receiving not one, but two major environmental awards. As a result of this, STAR4D was proud to award Tom Elsbernd and Keith Gerebics as 2013 Instructors of the Year!
