As the IWRC’s graphic artist and web developer, Julie designs cutting-edge and appealing digital and print materials for all the IWRC’s programs and services. Julie earned her B.A. in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from St. Ambrose University. Julie works closely with other IWRC staff to create custom materials for IWRC services.
